    How knockout scorelines are graded

    From the Round of 32 onwards, your result and exact-score points are graded on the scoreline after extra time, before penalties. A shootout never changes the scoreline you're marked on — so a draw prediction still scores if a tie finishes level after extra time and goes to pens. Penalty winners only count towards your tournament picks (who advances and lifts the trophy).

    Pickz is open as a public beta in the run-up to FIFA World Cup 2026. Predict every group stage scoreline, lock in your tournament picks, and start a private league with your mates. Expect a few rough edges as we polish things — please use the Send feedback button to tell us anything that feels off.

    Deadline safety net

    Predictions are now rejected server-side once a match's scheduled kick-off has passed, even if the live data sync hasn't yet flipped the lock. No more sneaky late edits.
